Throughout my 20 years as a resident and Realtor in the beautiful Gold Country of Tuolumne County, I have always been a part of the recreation and fun we have to offer. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California. I specialize in the following:  commercial sales and leases, investment properties, residential home sales, general plan amendments, zoning changes, parcel splits,  property management and real estate consulting. If you are looking for a professional with knowledge of the local market and need someone to make things happen that’s us. Serving my clients has always been the top priority for me so I have developed a team to make sure our client service is unmatched.  Our team is known to think outside the box, always insuring the best outcome for our clients.

Always striving to stay up to date on the current market and the direction in which it is moving.  I am deeply involved in the governmental and administrative side of real estate, and the happenings of Tuolumne County. I am currently Tuolumne County’s California Director of Legislation.  In 2017, I was the Tuolumne County Association of Realtors President. Currently, I hold a chair on the Local Government Relation Committee. Monthly I report to the Tuolumne County Chamber of Commerce on everything regarding real estate. I am a member of the Tuolumne County Business Council, founder of the Tuolumne County Young Professionals Network of Realtors, and attend the Board of Supervisors Meetings. In 2016 I was the Tuolumne County Association Realtor of the year. As well as the key contact for the Region 7 of the California Association of Realtors. 

For several years I've worked as a property Development Manager for a small corporation - involved with coordinating projects, and in the accounting side of the business. I also own income property, have remodeled past homes, and have a sense for helping the real estate investor make the right decision in the right neighborhood.
